Lou has over 32 years of experience in the Mold, Tooling, & Production Manufacturing industry.  Lou has been a key member of Concours Technologies' leadership team.  As a change agent, he has been providing direction in plant operations, Human Resources, Quality, Engineering, Performance metrics, and Health and Safety.  He has been developing & introducing lean principles tailored to meet the needs of a mold shop. He brings a global perspective to drive continuous improvement at Concours Technologies Group of Companies

Vincent Sebastiano

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Vincent brings an impressive career that spans over 30 years of experience in various industries, including Automotive, Telecommunications, and Metal Finishing and Processing. He has completed his BA with a major in Finance & Accounting from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Canada. He has also obtained his professional accounting designation as a CMA and CPA.

Vincent has excelled in complex manufacturing settings in fast-changing environments that demand sharp insight and in-depth functional knowledge to pinpoint where actual customer value resides. He combined this unique talent with astute financial acumen to deliver exceptional shareholder returns.

He is an analytical and strategic Senior Executive with a background in Business Development, Operations, Global P&L Accountabilities, Market Planning, Organizational Analysis, Acquisitions and Divestitures, and Negotiations.

Brad Bechard

Brad’s mold making & tooling background started back in 1989 as a mold maker. As the industry developed throughout the years, Brad progressed his knowledge & worked his way up to the center of today’s trend in the mold making industry; sophisticated & advanced machining technology. Brad, together with his team, has developed Concours Mold Inc. as the North American Leader with the most modern and innovative machining technology to date.

Anil Palaha

Position: General Manager of New Build Division

As a Senior Operations Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset, Anil brought a well-diversified background and experience as he led domestic and global multi-site manufacturing operations in North America, Asia, and Eastern Europe for over 25 years.

He started his career in Windsor, Ontario, in the stampings, tooling & plastics industry serving the tier-1 and tier-2 customers. Anil has a vast experience of managing all facets of operations of different private held units to VC-owned business units. He also led the processes of large-scale EMS Contract Manufacturing of electronics, PCBA/box build, LED lighting, PV Solar Panels, Medical devices, Consumer, and Capital goods with full P&L responsibility at a global scale.

Anil manages his team with the utmost professionalism to handle cultural sensitivity & is always determine in building top-performing teams to reach their maximum potential throughout his tenure. As a seasoned operations executive, Anil embodies an agent of change, provides Vision & Execution strategies, coaches & mentors teams, deploys KPIs with Visual/digital factory floors, and end-to-end process improvements via LEAN principles.

Anil earned his Bachelor’s degree of BSET in Mechanical Engineering and MBA with a focus on operations and finance from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

Uwe Thamm

For over 20 years, Uwe has developed an impressive portfolio in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Workflow Optimization in the High-Tech Tooling & Manufacturing Industry.

Besides his leadership in Engineering and Operations, he worked closely with Marketing, Sales, and in-house R&D organizations to define the business roadmaps of critical technologies and business initiatives. He leads his departments with a “hands-on” approach and has a strong passion for employee engagement and development.

As a General Manager for the Services Division of Concours Technologies, Uwe is committed to contributing significantly to the bottom-line and growth of the company by adjusting business processes to highly agile business requirements

Kenny Goggin

Position: Director of Supply Chain Management
Concours Elite since 2015
Kenny began his career at Concours at a young age, sweeping floors and washing trucks alongside his brother Dennis. Kenny graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and spent five years in the UAE with Mubadala Aerospace subsidiary, Strata Manufacturing; the Middle East’s first aerospace composite manufacturing facility. Kenny joined the project as a Financial Analyst, progressing into the Business Performance and Risk Management team, and then lead the company’s Lean Manufacturing efforts. Kenny moved back to Canada in 2015, joining Concours once again, this time as Supply Chain Manager, bringing back the global standards he is accustomed to operating in, and is now the Director of Supply Chain Management.

Brian Emery

Position: Supply Chain Manager

After graduating from George Brown College’s CAD/CAM Technology Program in 1986, Brian spent five years managing a boutique engineering firm during which he had the opportunity to travel North America touring manufacturing facilities, studying their processes and teaching CAD/CAM design and software implementation. This broad experience prepared Brian for the multiple roles he would ultimately hold at Concours Mold including Surfacer, Design Leader, China Design Leader, Engineering Manager and Mexico/Alabama Engineering Manager, and most recently, Supply Chain Manager. Today, Brian leads a team of twelve supply chain professionals ensuring that products and services at all Concours facilities are delivered on-time, to quality standards, and at the best possible price point.

Tiffany Huson

Position: Corporate Human Resources Manager
Concours Elite since 2016
Tiffany has over ten years of work experience in Human Resources. Her experience includes recruiting, implementation of policies, health & safety, training, and reviewing performance among many other tasks. Her experience was gained from manufacturing, retail and restaurant environments as well as recruiting for a staffing company. Tiffany believes that open communication and mutual respect creates a positive work environment and is excited to tackle this new opportunity working with some amazingly talented people.

Mark Rocks

Position: Operations Manager - Concours Technologies Alabama

Mark has been in the mold making industry since 1994 and started on the shop floor as a Mold Making Apprentice, which formed a solid foundation for his next steps in mold design, Engineering Management, Sales/Program Management and finally Plant/General Management. While he does possess well-rounded technical experience, Mark’s ability to adapt and react quickly to challenges while he leads by example may be his best attribute.

Bernardo Rios

Position: Operations Manager of Concours Technologies Mexico
Concours Elite since 2010
Bernardo started his professional career at Concours Technologies Mexicana fresh out of university with a bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree. He started as a Junior Program Manager assisting the Senior Program Managers and the shop. He developed quickly and became an important asset to the company. In 2017, he began working closely with the Management Team to support the day to day operations. Given the impact that he had with the growth of the company and the people around him, Bernardo Rios accepted the responsibility of becoming Operations Manager on February 5th, 2018.

Mark Bolton

Position: Operations Manager of Services Division
Concours Elite since 2020
Mark brings an impressive career experience in the manufacturing industry that spans over 42 years. He is a third-generation Machinist where he first started working for his Grandfather in the Tool & Die industry. Mark continued his career in the mold industry running CNC machines and later became a Machine Manager for ten years. 

He then moved up as the Plant Manager where he worked closely with all the departments.  After 15 years in that role, Mark's expertise and leadership were recognized and he got promoted to Operations Manager. He currently leads as the Operations Manager for the service division at Concours Technologies' newest facility in Hawthorne Drive, Windsor ON.
